Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Charles was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Charles's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Weaver. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Thomas hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has worked as a Fortune-teller like his father before him.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Maynild was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Maynild decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
