History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Gerald isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Gerald learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Ruler and occasionally as a mercenary.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gifted student he started as a Bowyer, but he got bored and became a Glassblower. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Anne grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
