History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. A true patriot, Theobald would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A 5'5" southern man, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Theobald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Theobald alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
