History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His childhood dream was to be a Navigator, but he was a colossal failure. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Adelard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
