Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Hugolina is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
