History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Banker responsibilities is difficult; and to pay off her debts

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
