History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Gerard reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. After a long history of fighting, Gerard and his spouse have recently divorced.

He has a dull look in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. He struck the Ploughman job and began his own company from there.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her religion dominates her actions
