History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Roger was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Bricklayer mother left him crippled. During his travels, Bernard and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Bernard discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Bernard fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
