History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Unemployed for the past few years.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
