History: Born in the east to a Soapmaker, Elysande learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Elysande was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Elysande's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Soapmaker for the past few years.
