History: Gifted from a young age, Drogo studied abroad. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mortician they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Cook, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. A gifted student she started as a Merchant, but she got bored and became a Bowyer. She tends to her Bowyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Expand her business; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She carries with her a set of shortspears, each one with a jet on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She sports white long hair. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are amber.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Miner born in the past three hundred years. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Margery grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Margery. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
