In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Hugolina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Hugolina was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Galiena grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Galiena. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Emmeline was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Scribe. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
