History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Dustin never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and revenge

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature rapier.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.
