History: Mary was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
