Description: He has a missing left leg. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has hazel eyes and a black hat with a green feather.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Cory isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Cory was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cory was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Cory decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She dresses like a well dressed Guard does. Her brown hair is still thick. Her half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. She struck the Guard job and began her own company from there.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Eva hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. After coming to the age of reason, Eva took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To be a Merchant again; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a sword on his belt. He is an epitome of beauty. His brown hair is lengthy. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Don fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
