Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Peter is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Peter was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists.
