Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Juliana liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
