History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Arnold learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

History: Nicholas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He married young, but lost his spouse to giants. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Nicholas was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and he feels kind of lost in life
