History: Hugh hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Through the years after Galiena was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
