Personality: She is a Dilettante first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Rohesia hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
