Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lance embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Lance enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Being a Dilettante kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he has money and likes to spend it
