Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His hair is white and curly. He is baby faced.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. She has dyed her greying brown hair a little too much giving a sharp brown color. Her eyes are gray.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Margery is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
