He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Painter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. William is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: William was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Painter.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and balancing her hectic life and new farmer responsibilities is difficult

Description: With pastel face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. A true patriot, Henry would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a Bookbinder, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She sports brown long hair. Her blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.
