History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Gilbert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gilbert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born into a rich family. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and money/treasure

Description: 5'0" and muscular, this western man wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has golden hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Cartwright. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: William was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has achieved small success as a Cartwright.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
