Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair is white and curly. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Ernest is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Server. He became a Server soon after.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Server and was forced into it by his family; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: This man stands a little under 5'9" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the left. He is baby faced.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She wears a robe, a symbol of magic around her neck, and a lance on her belt. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her golden hair is matted, messy, and big. Her blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by brigands. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
