History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hadwisa was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A freak accident while working with her Laborer father left her crippled. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Sarah was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Sarah's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Painter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he has money and likes to spend it
