History: Sarah lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and wants to work out more often

Personality: Arnold wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: She got into the Beggar business at a young age. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a knight again
