Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Armorer but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. John took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Gifted from a young age, Heather studied abroad. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she has money and likes to spend it
