History: Born to a Body Guard, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her first spouse was a Slave Trader, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out
