His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has never given up on his singing dream.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls.
