History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Through the years after Hugolina was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Hugolina's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Carpenter born in the past three hundred years. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Spice Merchant they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Carpenter, and he later adopted a second son.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Giselle grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Giselle. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.

She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.
