Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Juliana is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She wears a broad hat to hide her balding. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Elysande grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Elysande. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. The war was a terrible time for her, and Rosamund does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Rosamund reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
