History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugh. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He's also a talented Miner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Geoffrey grew up listening to his father's many stories. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.
