History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Aline was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered gnolls who tried to eat her hand. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
