Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his kukri with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. This brown eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Adelard took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up kukri and armor he uses now. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sailor. He struck the Sailor job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult

Description: This man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amber on his right hand. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Justin hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Justin never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), and is pretty ugly. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Bernard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
