History: Oriel was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Masseuse for the past few years.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Animal Trainer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
