History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Carpenter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and doesn't want to be a miner and was forced into it by her family

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Conrad embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born in a small plains village. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. After a long history of fighting, Conrad and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: She dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner, and carries swords. She sports white long hair. Her half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. The war was a terrible time for her, and Joan does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Joan was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Joan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
