Personality: Helen speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Helen grew up listening to her father's many stories. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered illithids who tried to eat her hand. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

History: Balimaar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Body Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Through the years after Eloise was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Eloise's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
