He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and many orcs want him driven away

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
