History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Junk Dealer. He now owns his own business.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born to a Bounty Hunter, her mother struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She struck the Ruler job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
