Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. Her eyes are a pleasant brown.
Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing dancing.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. Her blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines brown.
Personality: She is a Beggar first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a Beggar soon after.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is her passion; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized green coat. She has dyed her greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Matilda fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears just a brown suit, and is pretty ugly. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fletcher business.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and to reunite with his absent father
