Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Everard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: Randal wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Randal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing singing.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
