History: Cecily was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Raymond has worked very hard to control his curse. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
