History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A freak accident while working with her Masseuse father left her crippled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: Gifted from a young age, Cecily studied abroad. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
