Description: An older woman who is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes., she is not a threatening figure. Her red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. The war was a terrible time for her, and Isabella does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
