Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born into a rich family. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
