History: Hugolina was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Millicent was born on a far southern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Sculptor. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
