Description: An older man who wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with pastel lining and desert motifs, he is not a threatening figure. His blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugh. History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His first spouse was a Herbalist, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
