Personality: He is happy with his job as a Server. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. The war was a terrible time for him, and Norman does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Norman lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Norman reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Maynild was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Guy was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a Brewer, his father struggled to pay the bills. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He struck the Barber job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult; and he has decided he is irredeemable
