Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. History: Charles was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war.
